In 1995, when Walla Walla Valley was just beginning to whisper its potential, Myles Anderson & Gordy Venneri turned their home winemaking passion into something extraordinary. They created Walla Walla Vintners, becoming the valley’s eighth bonded winery.
In those very early days, you could count the valley’s wineries on your fingers. We helped write the first chapters of what would become one of Washington’s most celebrated wine stories.

Can I get expedited shipping for my wines?
We aim to get our wines into your glass as swiftly as possible. While we handle most shipping Monday through Wednesday, expedited options (Overnight or 2-Day) require a bit of special care to ensure your wines arrive in perfect condition. If you’re hoping for faster delivery, simply place your order then reach out to us at info@wallawallavintners.com or (509) 525-4724 so we can make it happen.
Please keep in mind that orders placed Thursday through Sunday will begin their journey on the next business day the following week.
What about shipping wines during the warm summer months?
We’re passionate about ensuring our wines arrive in perfect condition for your enjoyment. When temperatures climb above 70 degrees, we offer special temperature-controlled shipping with foam insulation and ice packs for an additional $30. Once the mercury rises above 80 degrees, we recommend letting your wines rest safely in our temperature-controlled cellar until cooler weather prevails.
Think of it as giving your wines a summer vacation at the winery.
What happens if I miss my FedEx delivery?
Life gets busy – we understand. FedEx will make three attempts to deliver your wines. If they can’t catch you at home, wines are returned to the winery. Before the first delivery attempt, a request can be set to hold your package at a nearby FedEx location for pickup. Should your wines make the journey back to us due to an expired hold or a missed delivery, we’ll need to charge a $30+ shipping fee to send them out again. To avoid any delays in getting your wines home, consider having them delivered to your workplace or arranging a pickup at your local FedEx location.
Where can I have my wines shipped?
Good news – we currently share our wines across most of the country! You’ll find Walla Walla Vintners in 33 states: AK, AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, DC, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, MA, MD, ME, MN, MO, MT, NC, ND, NE, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, WA, and WI. We’re always working to expand our wine family to new regions – if you don’t see your state listed, reach out and let us know where you’d like to enjoy our wines.
How do I update my payment information or shipping address?
Keeping your details current ensures your wines find their way to your cellar (and your glass) smoothly. Can I customize my wine club shipment?
We love that our club members are as passionate about wine selection as we are. You’re welcome to enjoy our carefully curated selection (hand-picked by our winemaker) or choose your own wine adventure.
Watch for our release announcements in early February and September – that’s your moment to craft your perfect allocation through our member login page. While you’ll need to maintain your chosen bottle count (6 or 12), you’re free to mix and match to create your ideal collection. Think of it as curating your own Walla Walla Vintners experience. When do wine club shipments go out?
Mark your calendars: spring shipments begin their journey on the second Monday of March, while fall selections head out on the second Monday of October. For our friends in warmer southern climates, we keep a close eye on those fall temperatures – your wines might take a brief pause until the weather cooperates. After all, ensuring our wines arrive in perfect condition is as important to us as crafting them.

Can I skip a shipment?
We understand that sometimes life (and wine cellars) need a little breathing room. Whether you’re traveling, taking a pause, or simply letting your collection catch up, we’re happy to adjust your membership. How do I earn points?
You earn Loyalty Points on every wine purchase — online or in the tasting room. Points are not earned on tasting fees, food items, shipping, or taxes.
How do I check my balance?
Log in to your account in the upper right of our website. Your points balance and current tier are visible in your account dashboard.
Do my points expire?
No, your points never expire. Depending on your yearly spend, your tier may change, but the points you’ve already accrued stay the same.
How do I redeem points?
Add items to your cart as usual. On the Payment page, click the ‘Redeem’ button. Enter your payment information for the remaining balance and click the Place Order button.
How much are points worth?
1,000 Points = $1.00. Points an be applied for up to 50% of any order or 100% of experiences and tasting room add-ons.
What tier am I in and how do tiers work?
Your tier is based on your wine purchases within a calendar year. You qualify for a tier as son as you hit the spending threshold, and you keep that tier through the following calendar year, even if your spending changes.

Can I use points with other discounts and offers?
Yes — unless a specific promotion states otherwise, points work like cash and can be combined with other offers.
Can I use points to pay for club shipments?
Club shipments are processed in bulk through a unique system within our CRM. While you are able to accrue points on club purchases, we are not able to redeem points on these shipments. Standard club savings rates always apply, however.
What are bonus points events?
A few times a year, we run limited double points windows tied to seasonal moments and new releases. We announce these via email, so make sure you’re on the list!
